Opened in March 2020, ‘La Feuille’ is the name of your new room for seminars and private events in an exceptional setting …

A large room (130 Sqm) with private terrace (70 Sqm). An exclusive place conducive to concentration and respecting all confidentiality. An atypical space where decisions can be taken at the work table, on a sofa or around a game of baby foot or the arcade machine!

Everything has been thought out to facilitate and energize meetings with high tech audio and video equipment.

Opening to nature...

On sunny days, the windows open completely onto the private terrace of 65 sqm covered by a bio-climatic pergola. This outdoor space is reserved exclusively for people who are meeting and can thus take advantage of almost 200 sqm (inside + outside).

Culinary packages can be organised on the terrace (e.g. homemade 'tartes flambées')

A very cocooning decor where you feel good

A seating area with very comfortable sofas and armchairs gives a very relaxed feel to the meetings.

A very thorough lighting job also gives the place a lot of warmth.

In order to bring a playful side to this atypical place, two key elements have been added:

  • an arcade terminal, entirely personalised in the colours of the Cheneaudière, with 3500 games available (many cult video games of yesteryear) to play alone or in pairs.
  • a Bonzini table football (high quality French manufacture) which allows the Racing Club of Strasbourg to play against the national team of Brazil (hypothetical match of which Nicolas Decker, the owner of the house and football enthusiast, dreams).

Relaxing area for breaks

On either side of the room, behind the televisions, there are areas with fridges containing non-alcoholic drinks, a professional coffee/cappuccino machine and sweet boxes full of delicacies. This buffet is available at any time during the event and is included in the price of the service.

There are also small niches where you can isolate yourself to make calls and recharge your phone.

Everything has been designed to facilitate and energise meetings with the latest audio and video equipment.

A lot of work has been done on the home automation for a very high-tech result that allows you to manage the lighting, music and TV via an interactive tablet.

A very intuitive system for beginners and the possibility for geeks to indulge themselves with very advanced functions.

The room is accessible in several ways: from the hotel or directly from the car park.

There is no interference between the life of the hotel and "La Feuille".

The place also lends itself very well to vehicle presentations with the privatizable platform of the nearby car park.

'SEMINARY & SPA' package including per person.

  • overnight stay, single occupancy
  • dinner on the 1st evening at the bistronomic restaurant (3-course menu, excluding drinks)
  • breakfast at the large buffet with live cooking
  • lunch on the following day (business menu) (main course + dessert, drinks not included)
  • hire of the high-tech seminar room 'La Feuille', open to nature, including a cafeteria with a permanent sweet break, non-alcoholic drinks and coffee at your discretion, giant TV screens with wireless connection, high-speed fibre WIFI, air conditioning, relaxation area, terrace, sweets bar, arcade, table football and all the usual equipment (paperbord, etc...).
    Rental from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on the day after arrival at the hotel. Optional: the meeting room can be booked on the day of arrival at the hotel.
  • access to the spa and swimming pools from 3.30pm on the day of arrival until 11am on the day of departure: 2,500 m2 of wellness for you to enjoy, with 4 swimming pools, 5 saunas, 1 hammam-tepidarium, Nordic bath, sensational showers, sparkling beaches, suspended resting nests, etc.
  • a personal spa basket with towels, bathrobes and slippers
  • access to a private car park with 13 electric charging points (free recharging)

This rate may be adapted to specific needs, constraints or requests.

Offer reserved for professionals/companies, valid for arrival from Sunday to Thursday evening inclusive, excluding public holidays and bank holidays.

"La Feuille" is your private space for the duration of your event. With an interior surface area of 130 sqm, the room is bathed in light and equipped with large bay windows that open onto a 65 sqm terrace covered by a bio-climatic pergola.

In a cocooning atmosphere, the place is atypical and upmarket with its touches of wood and leather. A seating area with very comfortable sofas and armchairs gives a very relaxed feel. Finally, an arcade game terminal (3500 games) and a Bonzini table football will satisfy the most demanding players.

On the high-tech side, a complete home automation system will allow you to choose several lighting moods but also to manage the music and the different screens via an interactive tablet. Specific connections are also provided for the interventions of professional DJs.

Culinary packages can be organised in the form of standing or semi-standing cocktails, cold and/or hot buffets or even in the form of a cook-show thanks to the wood-fired oven on the terrace (e.g. homemade 'tarte flambées').
