GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

- HOTELS :

To guarantee your reservation, we ask you to pay a deposit of 100% of your order online or by telephone. Prices net of VAT (excluding tourist tax and departmental tax)

Cancellation conditions (excluding 'non-cancellable - non-refundable' offers and Christmas and New Year breaks) :

Reservations may be cancelled or modified up to midday (local time) 5 days before the date of arrival. After this time, the entire deposit will be retained.

Example: reservation for a night on Saturday, no charge if cancelled up to 12.00 noon on Monday.

In the event of a no-show: the total amount of the deposit paid at the time of booking, including any additional services booked (dinner, treatments, etc.), will be retained; if you booked with a gift voucher, this will be deemed to have been lost for good.

For 'non-cancellable - non-refundable' offers, in the event of cancellation or no-show, the deposit paid will be converted into a 'cancellation fee' and will be retained in full.

In the event of an administrative closure imposed by the authorities and linked to a war, conflict or pandemic, the deposit paid will be converted into a 'credit note' for the same amount, valid for 12 months. If after 12 months you have not found new booking dates, you may request a full refund of the sums paid.

Any deposit paid by the customer will be refunded in double in the event of cancellation of the stay by the establishment.

Specific conditions for the New Year package and the Christmas break from 24/12 to 25/12 :

A deposit of the total amount of your stay is taken at the time of booking.

For cancellations :

- before 31/10: refund of 100% of the package price

- between 1/11 and 15/11: refund of 70% of the package price

- between 16/11 and 30/11: refund of 30% of the package price

- after 1/12: no refund of the package.


- SPA: HALF DAY, EVENING or DAY SPA:

We accept groups of no more than 8 people. We reserve the right to exclude people who do not respect the tranquillity of the spa.

Children under the age of 15 do not have access to the entire Nature-Spa; a special area is reserved for them.

To guarantee your booking, we ask you to pay a deposit of 100% of your online order.

If you book with a gift voucher, this will act as a guarantee. Once your gift voucher has been checked by our team, if it does not match your booking, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and inform you.

Prices are net of VAT.

COMPETENT JURISDICTION (SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES) :

All complaints by the customer must be addressed to SAS HOSTELLERIE DE LA CHENEAUDIERE :

In application of law n°2016-301, the customer may, if they so wish and without this being obligatory, have recourse to the consumer mediator concerning disputes arising from consumption, whose contact details are as follows:

Before referring the matter to the mediator, the Customer must write to SAS HOSTELLERIE DE LA CHENEAUDIERE by registered post with acknowledgement of receipt.

To refer the matter to the mediation body, the Customer must complete a claim form available on the site (http://www.mtv.travel) and follow the steps indicated on the site.

The Customer may also contact the European platform for online dispute resolution: Online dispute resolution | European Commission (europa.eu)

The competent court will be the Commercial Court of SAVERNE in the case of a dispute between merchants and assimilated persons (companies, branches, etc.) and will be that of the defendant's place of residence in the case of a dispute with a consumer or, at the choice of the plaintiff.
