The hotel is open every day of the year.
The reception is open from 7.00 am to 11.00 pm.
Between 11:00 pm and 7:00 am, the night guard watches over your peaceful nights and remains at your disposal in case of need.
The free private car park is accessible 24 hours a day and is monitored by camera. At night, it is closed by a gate that can be controlled with the access card of the room.
The gastronomic restaurant 'La Table des Chefs' is only open in the evening. It is closed for lunch.
The bistronomic restaurant 'Le Jardin de Calixte' is open every evening from 19:15 to 21:00.
The Nature-Spa is open every day from 9:00 to 19:30. The "Piscine-Famille" area is open from 7:00 am to 7:30 pm.
Day-Spa access is possible from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Rooms are available from 3.30 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11 am on the day of departure (12 noon for junior-suites, suites, top-suites and villa suites).
Cancellation policy (excluding 'non-cancellable - non-refundable' offers and Christmas/New Year breaks) :
Reservations may be cancelled or modified up to 12:00 (local time) 5 days before the date of arrival. After this time, the deposit paid will be retained.
Example: reservation for one night on Saturday, no charge if you cancel up to Monday before 12:00.
In the event of a no-show :
the total amount of the deposit paid at the time of booking, including any additional services booked (dinner, treatment, etc.), will be retained; if you booked with a gift voucher, this will be considered as lost for good.
For 'non-cancellable - non-refundable' offers, in the event of cancellation or no-show, the deposit paid will be converted into a 'cancellation fee' and will be retained in full.

The hotel has 13 electric charging stations (from 11 kW to 22 kW), including 2 exclusive TESLA stations and 2 exclusive PORSCHE stations, accessible 24/7.
