Cancellation policy (excluding 'non-cancellable - non-refundable' offers and Christmas/New Year breaks) :
Reservations may be cancelled or modified up to 12:00 (local time) 5 days before the date of arrival. After this time, the deposit paid will be retained.
Example: reservation for one night on Saturday, no charge if you cancel up to Monday before 12:00.
At the restaurants, for non-resident customers, in order to guarantee your table reservation, we ask you to pay a deposit of €50/person.
In the event of a no-show :
the total amount of the deposit paid at the time of booking, including any additional services booked (dinner, treatment, etc.), will be retained; if you booked with a gift voucher, this will be considered as lost for good.
For 'non-cancellable - non-refundable' offers, in the event of cancellation or no-show, the deposit paid will be converted into a 'cancellation fee' and will be retained in full.

Specific conditions for a group booking of 5 rooms or more:
Reservation can be cancelled or modified until 12:00 (local time) 1 month before the arrival date.
After this time, all deposits paid will be retained.
Specific conditions for the New Year package and the Christmas stay from 24/12 to 25/12 :
A deposit of the total amount of the package will be requested at the time of booking.
For any cancellation :
- before 31/10: refund of 100% of the deposit
- between 1/11 and 15/11: refund of 70% of the deposit
- between 16/11 and 30/11: refund of 30% of the deposit
- after 1/12: the deposit is not refunded
Reservations cannot be changed or postponed
For group bookings of 5 rooms or more, dinner is to be taken in the hotel restaurant.
Reservations for spa treatments can be cancelled or modified up to 24 hours before the treatment date. After this date, the deposit paid will be retained. Any delay will be deducted from the treatment time.
