The reservation can be changed or cancelled free of charge up to 5 days prior to arrival by 12 (noon) local time. After this time, the total number of nights reserved will be charged.
Example : a night booked for Saturday can be cancelled free of charge, if notice is given by the previous Monday at 12 noon.
In the event of no-show, the entire stay -including ancillary booked services (dinner, spa-treatment ...)- will be charged as cancellation fees.
Any request for cancellation shall be made in writing.
In the event of administrative closure imposed by the authorities and linked to the Covid-19 pandemic, the deposit paid will be transformed into a 'credit note' of the same amount valid for 12 months. If at the end of 12 months you have not found new booking dates, you can request a full refund of the sums advanced.
Specific conditions for a group booking of 5 rooms or more:
Reservation can be cancelled or modified until 12:00 (local time) 1 month before the arrival date.
After this time, the entire stay will be charged.
Specific conditions for the New Year package and the Christmas stay from 24/12 to 26/12 :
A deposit of the total amount of the package will be requested at the time of booking.
For any cancellation :
- before 31/10: refund of 100% of the deposit
- between 1/11 and 15/11: refund of 70% of the deposit
- between 16/11 and 30/11: refund of 30% of the deposit
- after 1/12: the deposit is not refunded
For group bookings of 5 rooms or more, dinner is to be taken in the hotel restaurant.
Reservations for spa treatments can be cancelled or modified up to 24 hours before the treatment date. After this time, the treatments booked will be charged. Any delay will be deducted from the treatment time.
